Introducing a
powerful approach
to healing with Ketamine.

Why Ketamine?

Ketamine was originally used as an anesthetic and was later discovered to have rapid anti-depressant effects. It is prescribed by a physician and administered in controlled, low doses to help individuals access non-ordinary states of consciousness. This can facilitate deep introspection, emotional release, and new ways of thinking.

In Ketamine Assisted Therapy (KAT), ketamine serves as the catalyst, the agent that melts the psyche’s protective mechanisms enough to allow participants to explore their thoughts, memories and emotions from a different perspective, often with a heightened sense of awareness and reduced psychological defenses.

The Relational Somatic approach

Like most of us, your wounds happened in relationship. It’s only through relationship that you can truly heal.

Relational Somatic Ketamine Therapy offers a powerful path to healing by combining the transformative effects of ketamine with the safety of an attuned, compassionate connection. In this deeply supportive space, your body and mind are guided to release old patterns, process unresolved pain, and open to new possibilities. The result? Breakthroughs that reconnect you to your authentic self, fostering resilience, emotional freedom, and a deeper sense of wholeness.

Working relationally means that relationship is at the center of the facilitator-participant experience. We believe the power of human connection is the true medicine.

Somatic work includes the human animal body that holds memories and frozen trauma states deep in our tissues and nervous systems. It involves working with the body to release stuck emotions and bring our overloaded nervous systems back into states of safety and connection.

Through the safe container we build together, we co-create the warm pool of healing waters for you to dip your toes in.

“We come into loving contact with ourselves only after we’ve been met with loving attunement from another. Healing begins in the safety of that restored connection.” -Anat LeBlanc

Our Process

  • Trust Building

Through the safe relational container we build together, we co-create the warm pool of healing waters for you to dip your toes into. Your relationship with your facilitator is the foundation of this work.

  • Ketamine Sessions

The expanded state of consciousness facilitated by ketamine helps break down entrenched patterns and open up new pathways for healing, bringing about profound insights and a sense of relief, freedom and emotional flow.

  • Integration

Through ongoing integration work with your facilitator, you’ll begin to weave these newfound insights and emotional shifts into your daily life.

  • Ongoing work

A round of Ketamine sessions usually span 8-12 weeks with weekly or bi-monthly Ketamine sessions.

This is not your typical Ketamine infusion experience where you receive a dose, put on your headphones and float away into a strange and hazy world.

In Relational Somatic ketamine work, you are gently guided home to a deepening experience of your inner world—embracing both the pain and the beauty.

With a warm and relational approach, we listen deeply, joining you in your darkest places, holding your heart — your beauty and your pain.

As you receive emotional and physical support, you can begin to release deep-seated traumas and unhealthy patterns held in your body's memory.

The power of ketamine acts as a catalyst, allowing you to access altered states of consciousness where thought patterns, limiting beliefs and traumatic activations frozen in your system can be repatterned.

Long-held core beliefs can transform as you receive new information on a limbic and experiential level.

Through this process, you are invited to discover the immense beauty of your unique being.

The combination of ketamine and the transformative power of attuned relationship create a profound journey of self-discovery and healing, bringing you closer to the experiential discovery of your essence.

 FAQs

  • You'll work with a prescribing physician or naturopath and bring the legally prescribed Ketamine to your session with one of our facilitators. These sessions typically last 3 hours and include a check in, ingestion and experience of the Ketamine, followed by comedown and integration.

A typical set would look like 6-8 Ketamine sessions, one session per week. Some have opted to spread it out to twice a month and do an integration session on the off weeks.

It offers a safe and deeply supportive space to explore even the most difficult emotions and memories while being gently held in the warm care of another human. It’s the easiest hard work I’ve ever done. This approach is far from a passive experience—it’s an interactive, somatic, and soul-centered journey grounded in trauma awareness and the power of human connection.”
